Client: Tosidos
For Tosidos, a company that deals with the integrated design and implementation of complex construction projects, we conceptualised and then covered the organisation, programming and execution of an event to celebrate their 10th anniversary.
We decided on the theme of Freemasonry for the content concept. To avoid a direct link with Freemasonry, we coined the word "Freemasonry" and put Tosidos' values on it: to do good in the broadest sense of the word. Tosidos is not only excellent in what it does, i.e. construction, but also pays great attention to social responsibility. They are also big supporters of many top athletes.
Even though we have moved away from a direct connection with Freemasonry, we have nevertheless played with Masonic iconography in the preparation of the graphic materials: the all-seeing eye, the pyramid, the hexagram, the rectangular ruler... All elements have been subtly integrated into the company logo. to the initial letter T.
The set design of the event was inspired by the concept of Freemasonry and was inspired by the Masonic Lodge: velvet curtains, carpets, the inclusion of the symbols of the Masonic Lodge, the hostesses and the event host in long bedspreads... Every detail was important to us.
In choosing the main colour for the event, we stuck to Tosidos' main colour, blue, which is a symbol of maturity, calm and seriousness, as well as authority.
We took care of the content and design of the event trailer and the official invitation, and sent a thank you email to all guests after the event with a full photo gallery of the event. We designed envelopes with a seal, badges, corporate gifts for event guests, a curtain for the main venue ... We also had a special surprise: a Brotherhood Book, in which guests wrote their good thoughts and wishes to Tosidos during the event, thus showing their true fraternal/sorority loyalty.
